About Gas Edition
Gas engineers handle different records on every visit, from CP12s and commercial servicing reports to warning notices and tightness tests. TradeTest Pro: Gas Edition brings these forms together. Enter appliance details, complete the safety checks, attach combustion readings and site photos, then capture the customer's signature. The app creates a branded PDF that is ready to share before you leave.
Domestic gas safety certificates include appliance inspection fields, CO and smoke alarm records, defect logging with GIUSP classification and final safety checks. Commercial servicing and commissioning records include combustion readings for O₂, CO, CO₂, flue temperature and efficiency, alongside burner and ventilation checks. Warning notices record the GIUSP class, action taken and RIDDOR details. Gas tightness tests include meter details, let-by checks, pressure readings and a timed result. LPG checks and installation certificates cover propane, butane and bulk tank work. Boiler service records cover routine domestic servicing.
Oil boiler service records include fuel type, nozzle size and type, oil pump pressure, smoke number on the Bacharach scale and combustion readings. Oil commissioning records follow the CD/10 format. A one-time OFTEC check asks you to confirm your registration and competency for oil work.
Number certificates with your own prefix, use GPS to fill in the site address and save appliance details for repeat jobs. You can copy an existing certificate and update the details that have changed. Save your Gas Analyser make, model, serial number and calibration date in Settings to add them to certificates automatically.
Records stay on your device. No account is needed. Optional iCloud sync keeps records available across your Apple devices, and you can back up and restore your records when moving to a new phone.
