About Kelly's Salon Companion
Every treatment starts with a consultation. Kelly's Salon Companion replaces paper forms with a digital process for salons and beauty professionals. Complete treatment-specific consultation and consent forms on your iPhone or iPad, record patch tests and capture the client's signature before treatment begins. Whether you offer lash lifts and tinting, BIAB, gel manicures, brows, facials or tattoo services, you can keep the relevant information with each client record.
Each client has a searchable record of treatment history, health notes, signed forms and aftercare. Client Sign-In lets returning clients find their record, check their details and complete a new form when you decide it is due. This makes consultations easier to manage without searching through paper folders.
Create branded aftercare PDFs with your salon name, logo, colours and contact details. Send them by email, WhatsApp or your device's share sheet while the client is still with you. Tattoo consultation and healing aftercare can sit alongside your other custom forms.
Edit consultation forms, treatment questions, aftercare information and the home screen in Settings. Reset-to-default options restore the original forms and aftercare if needed. Analytics show client, form, sign-in and aftercare activity.
The app works offline and stores records on the device. Optional iCloud sync keeps records available across your Apple devices. Backup and restore helps you move to a new device. Kelly's Salon Companion is a salon aftercare and client-record tool. It does not provide insurance cover or guarantee legal compliance.
